They manage three committees—Finance, Marketing, and Community Development—by ensuring smooth task flow and fostering collaboration between teams. In addition to internal coordination, they assist in organizing internal events and maintaining club engagement. As a prominent face of the club, the Vice President takes an active role in tabling, events, and content, making a genuine effort to represent and strengthen the club’s presence.

HR and Member Relations Lead
This individual is responsible for managing the club’s onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for all members. They communicate role placements, expectations, and goals to support members in their contributions and growth. This role also upholds a fair and inclusive environment by addressing concerns and fostering a positive club culture. Additionally, they help plan and execute internal events to strengthen team connections and overall engagement.

Graphic Designer
This role requires experience in graphic design, with the capacity to produce visually appealing graphics that seamlessly integrate with our existing social media aesthetics. Portfolio work does not have to consist of hand-drawn or hand-coded designs. Should be proficient in Canva. Additionally, proficiency in using website and newsletter tools like Wix and/or Mailchimp is essential.

Brand Partnerships and Outreach Lead
This individual plays a crucial role in driving the growth and success of the organization through strategic partnerships and outreach initiatives. The primary focus of this role is on identifying and pursuing potential collaborations with companies and individuals, while also working to expand the club’s presence and influence.

Club Photographer
This individual is responsible for capturing high-quality photos that document the club’s events, members, and key moments. They serve as the go-to person for event photography, organized photoshoots, and other visual needs. Additionally, they assist with filming and light video editing as needed. This role requires access to their own camera and an eye for detail to ensure the club’s visuals are professional and engaging.
Community Development
Relations and Engagement Lead
This dynamic role is essential for maintaining and enhancing the connection between the club and its members. This role focuses on cultivating positive relationships with over 200 general members and ambassadors, ensuring they experience exceptional value and engagement through various initiatives. This individual will actively develop creative strategies to keep members engaged and involved, such as coordinating events, coming up with new opportunities for members, and conducting polls/surveys in order to cater to our member’s needs.

Content Creator
This individual is responsible for producing engaging beauty-related content that aligns with the club’s brand and mission. They create videos, reels, and other digital content showcasing beauty trends, tutorials, and club events. This role involves brainstorming creative ideas, filming, and editing high-quality content for social media and promotional use. The ideal candidate has a passion for beauty, a strong understanding of social media trends, and the ability to produce visually appealing and informative content.

Head of Professional Development
The Head of Professional Development oversees the committee’s initiatives to help internal members grow professionally. They lead efforts to enhance members’ skills in writing, networking, and industry knowledge through workshops, mentorship, and hands-on projects. This role involves strategic planning, coordinating with other committees, and ensuring that professional development resources align with members’ career goals.

Assistant Director of Professional Development
The Assistant Director of Professional Development supports the Head in executing initiatives that build members’ professional experience. They assist in planning workshops, facilitating mentorship opportunities, and providing guidance on resumes, branding, and networking. This role ensures smooth operations within the committee and helps members develop the skills needed for career success.
